Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Francisco always knew he would one day call Miami home after visiting many times while growing up. Having now lived in South Florida for over 12 years, Francisco has developed deep insights into the region’s construction and real estate markets. He understands the unique appeal of South Florida—its year-round sunshine, natural beauty, and thriving economic and social opportunities.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Francisco gained valuable business experience while working at Coca-Cola until 2014. His time there sharpened his skills in business strategy, marketing, and advertising, which have been key to his success in the construction industry. As a residential contractor, Francisco has excelled in project management, helping to bring clients’ visions to life through high-quality builds and renovations.
